How to use it

Mark each line Ready, In progress or Not applicable. Add a document reference and an owner to every open item. Send all suppliers the same released package.

Keep your completed document with the relevant project revision. Record the owner and date of any approval, and make unresolved assumptions visible to everyone preparing the quote or build.
