Information you choose to submit
A project inquiry may include your name, business email, company, country or region, service requirements, quantity, target timing, project notes and optional attachments. Please provide only information relevant to the manufacturing discussion. Arrange an NDA before submitting protected designs.
Purpose and recipients
Inquiry information is used to assess and respond to the project, clarify requirements and prepare a quotation. Relevant details may be shared with a manufacturing partner for those purposes. The site’s hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services.
Storage and retention
New inquiries are saved securely on this website and synchronized to our Smart Sync CRM for authorized administrators to review. Attachments are stored outside the public website directory and are not published in the media library. New inquiries and files are retained for project follow-up and are not automatically deleted by the collection plugin. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Earlier inquiries remain in their original protected records.
Browsing information
Hosting services may record requests for operation and security. A short-lived hash of a request’s network address may be used to limit automated submissions. The site does not load advertising or analytics scripts in this initial implementation. See the cookie policy for details.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Ben@4PCBA.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, but do not send identification documents unless a justified verification process has been agreed.

Following an external link takes you to a separate website whose practices may differ. This includes the LinkedIn company page and external engineering review links. Review the destination’s privacy information before submitting information there.
